Seems like everything is above-board, ship-shape and Bristol fashion..
I managed to get Doris to knock up a photostat and took this down to the local pharmacy, where they have a faximile machine of some description. Not sure what the wallahs in there did, but it took a lot of time to get this onto my computer.
I hope this is sufficient for your needs. As I said in my last letter, I cannot provide a driving licence as I do not actually currently possess one, through no real fault of my own. Then again I hardly ever use the car as I find riding to be much more exhilarating. The feel of another creature awaiting your command, subservient and trusting - a magnificent feeling, I'm sure you'll agree.
If you can send over this form, I shall get straight on to the matter.
